Paul Kinder had a hand in eight of the Sabre goals with one goal and seven assists to lead the offense, while Proskurin put up four goals and two assists for six points.  Martin closed out the weekend with a hat trick as he finished with five points and Colin Wilson recorded a multi-goal game.

Marian took time prior to the finale to recognize their five senior members, Jake Weldon, Daniel Roe, Wilson, Proskurin, and Davidson, who helped start the program and build it to powerhouse we see today.

The Sabres take on Marquette in a home-and-home series with Marian hosting the opener Friday, January 25 at 7:30 p.m.  With just one victory in the series the Sabres will clinch their second regular season championship in program history and clinch the top seed for the Hap Cup Tournament.
