FOND DU LAC - Marian University men's soccer (4-9-0, 2-7-0 NACC) held Benedictine scoreless in the first half but a pair of Eagle goals in the second half lifed Benedictine past Marian.
Senior Ian Chacon stopped all seven shots he faced in the opening half as the Eagles had a total of 17 shots in the opening stanza. Chacon finished with a total of 15 saves in the defeat after making another eight saves in the second half. Sophomore Cade Klusendorf and freshman Juan Herrera each had a shot in the loss.
Marian concludes the season taking on Edgewood Wednesday, Oct. 24 at 7 p.m. from Smith Field.
