LISLE, Ill. - Tyler Grisham earned a medal in the 400-meter dash to highlight the final day of the NACC Outdoor Championships for Marian University track and field.
Grisham finished in third place, moving up from seventh in the preliminaries, crossing the line in a school record 50.04. In a longer distanced race, Isaac Kinjerski finished in 22nd for the 1,500-meter with a time of 4:35.51. Jacob Leiden was right behind him in 26th with a time of 4:43.54.
Ben Franzke led the way in the field events for Marian finishing fifth in the high jump with a season-best 1.92-meter jump and a 12th place showing in the long jump with a leap of 6.37-meters, just off his season-best.
On the women's side, Alyssa Zuhlke finished in 18th for the 5,000-meter run at 21:11.77 and 19th in the 1,500-meter run at 5:44.19.
