FOND DU LAC - Senior Jordan Walker closed out his career on a high note and has earned a spot on the Midwest All-Region third team according to D3Baseball.com.
Walker (Pardeeville, Wis.) was also a first team All-NACC selection this year and earned one NACC Player of the Week award. Walker earned his spot on the All-Region team as an outfielder and led the Sabres in nearly every offensive category during the year and finished second in the NACC with a .373 batting average and .468 on base percentage. During the year, Walker was held hitless in only six of the 35 games he played in with 12 multi-hit games. He went on to close out the year with a .552 slugging percentage with 17 extra-base hits, two of which were home runs. Walker also had eight games this season where he drove in multiple runs where the Sabres went on to a 6-2 record when he did so.
