Freshman Joshua Potter (Belleville, Wis.) had a strong start to his career with the Sabre men's golf program.  He competed in all nine rounds averaging 77.9 strokes per round.  Potter had three of the five lowest rounds on the squad.  His top round was a one-over-par 73 at the second round of the Midwest Region Classic, and had a two-over-par 73 at the opening round of the Culver's Edgewood Fall Classic.  Potter finished the month of September with five rounds below 80 strokes.  At the Midwest Region Classic, Potter had a 76 and 73 to finish in a tie for 58th out of 244 golfers.
