Senior Ariana Schliepp (Elkhorn, Wis.) had a dominating start to her final season as a Sabre. She led Marian in most offensive categories finishing March with a .462 batting average, 18 hits, five doubles, 15 runs driven in, and a 1.057 on-base plus slugging percentage. Schliepp had eight multi-hit games on the month and drove in a run in nine of the 14 games during the month. She had an especially strong start to conference play going 8-of-9 (.889) at the plate with three doubles, seven runs driven in, and a 2.055 on-base plus slugging percentage. Her dominance at the plate has Marian sitting atop the NACC standings as the final undefeated squad.
