(Chicago, IL) - The Sabres dropped a pair of matches on Friday to Calumet College of St. Joseph and Robert Morris College. The Sabres fell 6-3 in both matches. Marian is now 1-2 on the year.

In their opener against Calumet College St. Joseph, Reilly Connaher (Fond du Lac, WI) and Melanie Seitz (Panama City, Panama) were both victorious in singles play. They both won in two sets.

Michelle Zwicky (Fond du Lac, WI) and Jamie Raquet (Kiel, WI) teamed up at \#1 doubles for an 8-6 victory.

Against Robert Morris College, Connaher was once again victorious at \#5 singles.

In doubles play, Raquet and Zwicky were 8-3 winners and Connaher and Rebecca Heczko (Iron Mountain, MI) were 8-5 winners at \#2 doubles.
