FOND DU LAC, Wis. (SabreAthletics.com) – The Marian University women's tennis team was overmatched by a Wisconsin Lutheran College lineup that recorded an 8-1 team decision in Northern Athletics Conference action at Buttermilk Park, today, Sept. 21.

The Warriors registered wins in all six singles matches and two-of-three doubles matches as they coasted to a convincing victory over the Sabres. The \#1 doubles combination of Ann Goyke and Rebecca Heczko tallied the lone win for the hosts as they defeated Kaitlyn Strehlow and Stephanie Gengler by a score of 8-5.

The Sabres fall to 5-5 overall, 4-5 in the NAC with the win, while the Warriors improve to 9-4 (8-1 NAC).
