OSHKOSH, Wis. – The Marian University women's tennis team opened the spring portion of its schedule with a 7-2 setback at UW-Oshkosh.

Celeste Degeneffe was victorious in No. 5 singles 7-5, 6-4 and in doubles Elizabeth Elrick and Alissa Heid won 8-5.

In No. 6 singles Samantha Smits was narrowly defeated 4-6, (6-1), 8-10.
