MADISON, Wis. - Marian University women's tennis (11-9, 6-3 NACC) had their season ended by top-seeded Concordia Wisconsin falling to the Falcons by a 5-1 tally in the NACC Semifinals.
The Sabres would only manage one win in doubles action with the No. 2 doubles duo of Mackenzie Meyers and Alissa Heid earning an 8-6 win.
In singles action it was all Falcons as CUW would take No. 3, 4 and 5 singles to clinch their spot in the NACC Championship. Meyers took the first set at No. 2 singles 6-3 but her match was not finished.
Marian finishes above .500 for the second consecutive season and only the third time in program history.
