Biography
Brian Berger played in all 27 games for the Marian men’s hockey team and ranked fourth in the NCHA with 19 points while also leading the Sabres in assists with 14 and points with 33. Berger was recognized as a member of the NCHA all-conference team following the conclusion of the season.
His three short-handed goals led the conference and his five game winning goals ranked second. The forward produced hat tricks in two of the final three games last season when Marian defeated St. Scholastica 4-3 (Feb. 14) and MSOE 4-2 (Feb. 21).
Berger was recognized as a member of the NCHA all-conference team following the conclusion of the season. In his career Berger totaled 105 games played with 50 goals and 45 assists for a total of 95 points.
