(Pewaukee, Wis.-Pewaukee) was named to the 2011 National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-Central Region Third Team after going 11-4 this season and leading the Marian University women’s soccer team to the Northern Athletics Conference championship game, the NSCAA announced Monday, Dec. 12.
Rosenberger was among seven others from the NAC to earn All-Region honors. It is her first such honor as a Sabre.
The Pewaukee, Wis. native started the 14 games of the season, compiling a 0.92 goals against average and a conference-best .857 save percentage, while adding three shutouts on the year. The Sabres won six straight games leading up to the NAC title game, recording five consecutive shutouts before falling to Aurora, 3-0, in the championship loss.
Marian finished 13-7 overall and tied the 1993 squad for most wins in a season.
