Box Score (Rockford, IL) - Marian University won easily on the road Saturday as they defeated Rockford College 10-0. The Sabres scored all ten of their goals in the first period to move to 4-3 overall and 3-2 in the Northern Athletics Conference.
Danielle Grable (Neenah, WI) put the Sabres on the board just 2:47 into the game and the Sabres offense continued to roll. Kim Kriese (Stevens Point, WI) and Morgan Franz (Eagle River, WI) both scored twice in the contest, while Caitlin Stumpner (Berlin, WI), Brittany Graham (Alvin, WI), Mollie Tennessen (Kaukauna, WI), Ellen Eickhoff (New Holstein, WI), and Kerri Miller (Larsen, WI) all scored a goal for Marian. For Eickhoff, Miller, Stumpner, Tennessen, and Grable, their goals were the first of the season.
Kriese moved to \#4 on the all-time scoring list at Marian with her two goals.
Tiffany Erdman (Wausau, WI) and Jordan Dykstra (Cedar Grove, WI) combined to shut out the Regents.
Marian out-shot the Regents 38-3 in the contest.
