(Stevens Point, WI) - UW-Stevens Point defeated Marian University 10-0 on Friday evening thanks to Brooke Hanson's three goals. With the victory, the Pointers moved to 8-4-1 overall and 3-1-1 in the NCHA. Marian is now 2-10 overall and 1-4 in the NCHA. These two teams will meet up again on Saturday.

The Pointers scored twice in the first, three times in the second, and five times in the third to close out the scoring.

UWSP out-shot the Sabres 51-12 in the contest and finished 3-for-4 on the power play.
