Box Score (Fond du Lac, WI) - Marian University committed 33 turnovers and gave up 22 offensive rebounds in their 65-47 defeat to Lakeland College on Wednesday evening. The Muskies moved to 11-5 overall and 6-3 in the NAC, while Marian is now 4-10 overall and 2-7 in the NAC.

The Muskies never trailed in the first half and led 29-18 at the break. They forced the Sabres into 19 turnovers in the half.

In the second, the Sabres trailed 31-23 with 18:51 to play, but the Muskies went on a 14-0 run over the next 4:47 to take control of the game. Marian was never able to cut the deficit to less than fifteen points the rest of the way.

Brooke Haen (Oakfield, WI) led the team in scoring with 14 points. Alexis Becker (North Fond du Lac, WI) had a solid night with 10 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists, and 5 steals. Emily Reiter (Hilbert, WI) pulled down a game-high 11 rebounds.

The Muskies out-rebounded Marian 44-30 in the contest. Marian shot 16-for-42 (38%) in the contest, while the Muskies shot 25-for-69 (36%) from the floor.
