(Winona, MN) - Marian University had no answer for the Saint Mary's Nicole Olson as she recorded five of the Cardinals six goals. The Cardinals out-shot the Sabres 37-7 in the 6-0 victory. Marian is now 2-8 after the non-conference loss.

The Cardinals scored just 1:01 into the first period as Sheree Haslemore lit the lamp. From that point it was all Olson. She scored a power play goal at the 5:02 mark of the first, scored three times in the second, and added another in the third. Two of her goals were power play goals and she also added another short-handed goal.

Stevie Fiek recorded three assists in the contest.
