Box Score (Sheboygan, WI) - Marian University kept their postseason hopes alive on Wednesday evening with a key 1-0 victory over Lakeland College. Marian is now 6-8-1 overall and 4-4-1 in the Northern Athletics Conference. 

Marian's Milan Stupar (Grayslake, IL) was the hero in this one, scoring the game-winning goal in the 67th minute off a corner kick. David Reinke (McFarland, WI) assisted on the goal. 

The Sabres were out-shot in the contest 13-10, but came away with the victory thanks to a solid defensive effort. Nathan Thiery (Hartford, WI) stopped three shots in the contest for Marian. 

Marian is back in action again on Saturday, as they will travel to Benedictine University.
