(Aurora, IL) - The Sabres rebounded from a Friday night loss and defeated Aurora University 3-1 on Saturday morning to move to 6-5 in the Northern Athletics Conference. The Sabres dropped the opening set 25-19, but rebounded to win the next three 25-14, 25-22, 25-16. 

The Sabres had several contributors in this one as Erika Heberer (Kewaskum, WI) recorded 13 kills and 10 digs. Carlie Kinsey (Waukesha, WI) added 11 kills and 9 digs. Elizabeth Zutz (Valders, WI) recorded 9 kills, while Aileen Maier (Pardeeville, WI) added 7. 

Michielah Navis (Waupun, WI) was credited with 37 assists, while Ashley Zumbrock (Chippewa Falls, WI) led the defense with 15 digs. 

Marian will close out the regular season on Wednesday, as they will travel to Concordia University-Wisconsin.
