Coach Peltonen's Quotes
“A poor display by the Marian team today with the better team winning. On another day it might be different, but not if we play like we did today. We defended a lot and fairly well, since it was only a 1-0 game, but we had trouble putting together any type of passing combinations and possession. To a person on our squad, we had trouble completing passes; either too long, to CUW players, or kicking it out of bounds, you name it and we probably did it. That's probably the most frustrating and disappointing thing in that we can do a lot better in our passing play, but weren't able to today. Somehow we lost our composure and struggled because of it.”
