Box Score (Milwaukee, WI) - The Sabres went on the road on Saturday and defeated Alverno College 5-1. The Sabres fell behind in this one early, but scored the five unanswered goals to move to 8-4 overall and 7-2 in the Northern Athletics Conference. 

The Inferno took a 1-0 lead in the 8th minute, but Marian rebounded nicely. Hailey Wisner (Sussex, WI) scored her second goal of the year in the 30th minute mark off an assist from Shayni Paul (Menasha, WI). Danielle Donnermeyer (La Grange, IL) made it 2-1 in the 37th minute off an assist from Taylor Hozeska (Hartford, WI). 

In the second, Kim Kriese (Stevens Point, WI) made it 3-1 in the 46th minute off a feed from Mariel Bartolutti (Fond du Lac, WI). Jade Koeune (Winneconne, WI) finished the scoring with goals in the 51st and 54th minutes. Hozeska assisted on the first one, while Kriese and Mollie Tennessen (Kaukauna, WI) helped on the the second. 

Marian out-shot Alverno 24-10 in the game. 

Tiffany Erdman (Wausau, WI) picked up the victory in goal, stopping one shot. She was relieved by Jordan Dykstra (Cedar Grove, WI) and she stopped two shots.
