(Fond du Lac, WI) - The Sabres ended their three-game weekend with a 2-1 defeat to MSOE. With the victory, the Raiders earned the two-game sweep of Marian. MSOE is now 6-0 overall and 6-0 in the MCHA. Marian fell to 5-3 overall and 3-3 in the MCHA

The Raiders scored first in this one as Michael Thompson lit the lamp 4:40 into the first. Marian evened things up in the second as Robbie Bailey (North Vancouver, BC) scored his first collegiate goal. Nathan Brummitt (Calgary, AB) and Todd Collins (Whitby, ON) were credited with helpers on the play. 

In the third, MSOE scored the game-winner at the 2:04 mark as Michael Soik found the back of the net. 

MSOE out-shot Marian 42-31 in the contest. 

Marian was 0-for-4 on the power play, while MSOE was 0-7. 

Josh Baker (Canton, MI) recorded 40 saves for Marian.
