Box Score (Fond du Lac, WI) - Brooke Haen (Oakfield, WI) scored 29 points and hit nine 3-pointers on Thursday evening against Mount Mary as Marian University won 91-51 in Coach Bill Peters debut. The Sabres had three players score in double-figures and attempted 50 shots from behind-the-arc in the contest. 

The only time the Sabres trailed in this one was at 4-3 and it didn't take long for Marian to put this one away. They led by double-digits for most of the first half and took a 45-18 lead into the locker room. 

Haen scored 23 points in the first half as she was 7-for-11 from deep. Dani Huray (Little Chute, WI) had a solid half as well, hitting three 3-pointers for 9 points. 

The Sabres also held the Blue Angels to just 26% from the field in the half, while shooting 38% themselves. 

In the second, Marian held a lead over thirty points for the entire period. 

Alexis Becker (North Fond du Lac, WI) and Caitlin Siesco (Fredonia, WI) also scored in double-figures as they scored 14 and 13, respectively. Siesco just missed a double-double as she also pulled down 8 rebounds in her debut. 

Elizabeth Zutz (Valders, WI) recorded 13 rebounds in her Marian debut, while Bianca Whittington (Green Bay, WI) led the team with 7 assists. 

Marian out-rebounded Mt. Mary 61-48 and forced the Blue Angels into 29 turnovers.
