(Appleton, WI) - Marian University fell 4-1 on Friday night against \#3 St. Nobert College in the first game of the MCHA/NCHA Thanksgiving Showdown. The Green Knights out-shot Marian 38-24 en route to the victory. Marian is now 5-4 overall. 

St. Norbert scored twice in the firstr period and two more times in the third in the victory. 

Marian's only goal came at the 7:14 mark in the third period as Brendan Roberts (Calgary, AB) scored off assists from Brendan Hull (Calgary, AB) and Dakota Dubetz (Chestermore, AB). 

Marian faces St. Scholastica on Saturday in the Showcase.
