Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 (Chandler, AZ) - Marian University dropped the final two games of their spring trip on Sunday to Gustavus Adolphus College. The Gusties came back and won game one 9-7 and finished the afternoon with a 9-2 victory. Marian is now 1-7 on the season. 

In game one, the Gusties scored once in the first and two times in the third to take a 3-0 lead. Marian scored a run in the third and then plated three runs in the fifth to take their first lead of the game at 4-3. Ryan Hiller (Marshfield, WI) hit a two-RBI triple in the inning. 

In the sixth, Marian made it 7-3 as Anthony Porcaro (Burlington, WI) delivered with a two-RBI triple.
 
The Sabres could not hang on however, as the Gusties plated six runs on four hits in their half of the sixth to take a 9-7 lead. Marian had runners on first and second in the seventh, but couldn't get any across. 

Ryan Seifert (Germantown, WI), Tim Holtz (Oshkosh, WI), and Hiller were all 2-for-4 on the day. Hiller and Porcaro both knocked in a pair of runs, while Porcaro scored twice. Hiller doubled and tripled in the contest. 

In game two, the Sabres gave up three runs in the first and second innings and were not able to cut into the deficit. They tallied single runs in the fourth and sixth innings, but gave up three to the Gusties in the sixth. 

Josh Klismith (Stevens Point, WI) had a solid game at the plate going 3-for-3 with three doubles. He scored a run and also drove in a run. Seifert had another two-hit performance.
