Box Score (Fond du Lac, WI) - Marian University scored once in the first half and twice in the second on Saturday, as they defeated Rockford College 3-0 at Smith Fields. The Sabres are now 3-5 overall and 1-1 in the Northern Athletics Conference. 

Marian dominated the contest, out-shooting the Regents 16-5. 

The Sabres got on the board with just :41 remaining in the first period. Luc Rose (Washington Island, WI) sent a long pass to Freddy Briones (Sheboygan, WI), who then served it up perectly to David Reinke (McFarland, WI) for the goal. 

In the second, Jose Hernandez (Sheboygan Falls, WI) took a free kick in the 61st minute and sent it to Mario Pinto (Sheboygan, WI), who found the back of the net. The Sabres next goal came on a direct free kick as Jim Chavez (Platteville, WI) scored in the 62nd minute. 

Nathan Thiery (Hartford, WI) played 78:28 in goal and recorded one save. Khendup Dhondup (Madison, WI) saw his first collegiate action in goal and recorded a save as well.
