(Lake Forest, IL) - Marian University dropped a 3-0 (15-25, 14-25, 21-25) non-conference match on Wednesday evening at Lake Forest College. Marian is now 5-13 overall, while Lake Forest is 8-9.

The Sabres struggled with serve receiving in the match as the Foresters had 11 service aces, including 8 from Megan Trubich. 

Kaitlin Jarvis (Bear Creek, WI) led Marian's attack with 7 kills, while Michielah Navis (Waupun, WI) recorded 15 assists. Carlie Kinsey (Waukesha, WI) led the team with 10 digs. 

Marian is back in action on Friday, as they will play at Rockford College. Action is set to begin at 7:00 PM.
