(Lisle, IL) - The Sabres went on the road on Saturday afternoon and ran into a hot shooting Benedictine University team. The Eagles shot 54% (30-for-56) from the field and came away with a 74-56 victory. Marian shot 38% from the field in the defeat. 

The Eagles led for much of the first half and never trailed in the second half. The Sabres trailed just 46-43 with 12:58 to play in the second, but allowed the Eagles to go on a 11-0 run over the next 3:55. 

The Sabres were led by Elizabeth Zutz (Valders, WI) as she scored a season-high 23 points. Alexis Becker (North Fond du Lac, WI) added 18 points. Emily Reiter (Hilbert, WI) paced the Sabres with 8 rebounds. 

Tracey Walsh led Benedictine with 20 points and 7 rebounds.
