Box Score (Ashland, WI) - Marian University used a big second half on Monday to defeat Northland College 68-48. The Sabres out-scored the Lumberjacks 44-24 in the second half to break open a 24-24 halftime tie. With the win, Marian snapped a seven-game losing streak and moved to 2-9 on the season. 

Marian was led by Jeff Harris (Calumet Park, IL) as the sophomore poured in 18 points. Zach Damrow (Juneau) added 12 points off the bench. 

Marian held a 42-36 lead with 8:39 to play, but went on a 15-2 run over the next 4:01 to take over the contest. 

The Sabres out-rebounded Northland 36-35 in the contest and shot 47% from the field. They held Northland to just 35% shooting from the field. 

Marian will play at Finlandia University tomorrow evening at 7:30 PM EST.
