(Appleton, WI) - Dakota Dubetz (Chestermore, AB) and Matt Williams (Lacombe, AB) had big nights on Saturday evening as the Sabres earned the season sweep vs. Lawrence University. Dubetz scored four points, while Williams tallied three in Marian's 6-3 victory. Marian is now 17-6 overall and 14-4 in the MCHA. 

Marian dominated play out-shooting Lawrence 58-25 and took over in the first period, scoring four times. 

After falling behind 1-0, Marian dominated the rest of the way as Tommy Fitzpatrick (Ft. McMurray, AB), Tanner Burton (Echo Bay, ON), Brendan Roberts (Calgary, AB), and Williams all scored in the first. Burton's goal was the first of his career. 

Brendan Hull (Calgary, AB) scored in the second, while Williams scored in the third. 

Dubetz recorded 4 assists in the game. 

Alex Bjerk (Roseau, MN) recorded 22 saves in the game as he picked up his second victory of the weekend. 

Marian will finish the regular season next weekend at Northland College.
