Box Score (Fond du Lac, WI) - Marian University looked poised to possibly upset NAC-unbeaten, Concordia University-Wisconsin, early on Monday evening, but then they hit a cold spell. Marian led 24-16 with 6:03 to play in the first half, but then got out-scored 20-0 to close the half and trailed 36-24. They ended up falling 69-64.

In the second, Marian shot 55% from the field and cut the deficit to 50-49 with 11:17 to play, but never got over the hump. They could never get any closer than five points the rest of the way. 

Marian turned the ball over 28 times and the Falcons turned them into 29 points. Marian out-rebounded CUW 36-33, but the Falcons took advantage at the free throw line. They hit 23 of 27, while Marian was just 6 of 7. 

Donnahugh Brown (Negril, Jamaica) led Marian with 18 points, while Jeff Harris (Calumet Park, IL) added 17. Colin Lohenry (Algoma, WI) was also in double-figures with 14. 

Mitch Schneider led the Falcons with 14 points. 

Marian is now 3-18 overall and 1-12 in the Northern Athletics Conference.
