Box Score (Adrian, MI) - The Sabres season came to an end on Sunday afternoon as they fell 5-0 to Adrian College in the MCHA Championship game. With the victory, the Bulldogs earn the automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. Meanwhile, the Sabres finished the season with a 19-8 record. 

Shawn Skelly scored a goal in the first and second periods to give the Bulldogs a 2-0 lead heading into the final period. They then scored three times in the final period to earn the victory. 

Adrian out-shot Marian 40-30 in the contest and finished 1-for-3 on the power play, while Marian was 0-for-4. 

The nineteen victories this season ranks second in school history, just one shy of last year's 20-7 record. Adrian has now defeated Marian in back-to-back Harris Cup Finals. 

Senior Brendan Hull (Calgary, AB) was named to the MCHA Harris Cup All-Tournament team. Hull scored three goals and added two assists in Marian's 9-2 victory over MSOE on Saturday.
