In game one, the Sabres took broke a 1-1 tie in the sixth inning, scoring three times on an
Emily Boehnlein two-run single and a

Waltz gave up a seventh inning run, but the insurance was too much for the Regents to overcome. The senior allowed just an unearned run on five hits, striking out five and walking two to earn her 11th win of the year.
In game two, Rockford's Paige Newhuis out-dueled
Brooke Koechell in the circle, going the distance and allowing just a hit in the shutout win.
The Sabres' lone hit came from their first batter of the game when
