ADRIAN, Mich. - The Marian University women's hockey team (2-4-0, 0-3-0 NCHA) hit the road to close out the week at No. 2 Adrian in NCHA action.  The Bulldogs scored a goal in the final minute of the second period and used that momentum to score four third period goals to defeat the Sabres 6-0.

Lindsey Strainis made her first career start in the crease for Marian and made 49 saves, including 25 in the second period, on the night and held Adrian 0-4 on the power play.

Sheila Blower went 7-10 from the face off circle, while Courtney Wittig led the team with five shots on goal.

Marian continues their five-game road trip at St. Norbert Tuesday, Nov. 27 with a 7:30 p.m. puck drop.
