MADISON, Wis. – The Marian University women's soccer team was unable to stop a second-half Edgewood run and the Eagles topped the Sabres 4-0

Behind the play of goalkeeper Alysha Kallas the Sabres (2-8, 0-4 NACC) went into halftime down 1-0. However, the Sabres' defense sprung a leak in the second half as the Eagles (9-2, 5-0 NACC) tallied three goals in the opening 15 minutes.

Kallas made a game-high seven saves, including five in the first half.

MU travels to Alverno this Sunday and return home Wednesday, Oct. 12 vs. Lakeland and have a Monday, Oct. 17 make-up date with MSOE, which was rained out in September.
