Box Score LAKE FOREST, Ill. - Marian University women's hockey (1-2-0, 1-1-0 NCHA) played tight with No. 8 Lake Forest but LFC was able to pull out a 4-3 NCHA win late in the third period.
After Lake Forest netted a pair of power-play goals in the second period senior Sarah Bier was able to cut into the deficit just before the second intermission.
