DEPERE, Wis. - Marian University women's hockey (10-14-1, 7-11-0 NCHA) couldn't find the back of the net falling to SNC 2-0 in the regular season finale.

The Green Knights would net a power play goal at the beginning of the second period and added a goal at the end of the third period in what proved to be another defensive battle.

The Green Knights outshot the Sabres 26-19 for the game and the power play unit for MU was 0-8 on the day.

Senior Maddy Dixon (2-4-0) took the loss between the pipes for Marian making 24 saves.

Marian will head to Adrain Feb. 24-25 for two games plus a mini-game if necessary for the Slaats Cup playoffs.
