#2 • Chelsea King • Senior

Senior Chelsea King continued to play an integral part for the Sabres on both ends of the floor.  King was second on the squad last season averaging 12.0 points per game and ranked third with 4.0 rebounds per game.  She also led the team with 14 blocks and was second on the squad with 38 steals.  King had a strong start to the season which saw her score double-digit points in the first 10 games of the season, including back-to-back performances against St. Scholastica and Lake Forest that saw her score 27 and 23 points.  King closed out her season with a double-double after scoring 17 points with 13 rebounds and four steals against Lakeland.

#24 • Nyedeng Awak • Sophomore

Sophomore Nyedeng Awak looks to carve out a larger role after her freshman campaign.  Awak started in 12 games scoring 56 points with a team-high 4.6 rebounds.  She led the team with her 14 blocks in the paint.  Awak had a pair of performances with 13 rebounds coming against Lake Forest and Lawrence, both at home.  She has also had multiple blocks in three games with a three-block game coming at home against Dominican.

#3 • Taj Hanserd • Junior

Junior Taj Hanserd is another Sabre the women's basketball program will look to after her first season.  Hanserd scored 76 points last year to go with 17 assists and 10 steals.  She had a strong game at home against Dominican where she scored a season-high 10 points to go with three rebounds and just as many assists.

Sadoff Gym floor

Marian University has called Sadoff Gymnasium it's home gymnasium since 1982. Marian hosts home events in men's and women's basketball, as well as volleyball in Sadoff Gymnasium.
 
The gymnasium features two brand new, state-of-the-art scoreboards that were installed in 2010, locker rooms for home and visiting teams, as well as a newly renovated weight room and fitness area (2012) and athletic training room (2012). The facility also features offices for the majority of Marian's athletic staff.
 
Sadoff Gymnasium has wireless access and a capacity of 800.
