ADRIAN, Mich. - Sophomore Andreai Proctor-Ramirez has been named one of the NCHA Stars of the Week.

Proctor-Ramirez (Paradise Hill, Sask.) had a stellar opening weekend leading Marian to wins over Bethel and St. Olaf, both of which were receiving votes in both national polls.  Proctor-Ramirez allowed just one goal with 56 saves between both match-ups for a .982 save percentage.  He posted the second shutout of his career stopping all 27 shots he faced against St. Olaf.  His lone goal allowed came against Bethel and was an extra-attacker power-play score.

Marian hosts St. Norbert at 7 p.m. to open NCHA play Friday, November 15.
