MILWAUKEE - Senior Baylee Alvarado of Marian University women's soccer has been selected as the NACC Offensive Player of the Week.

Alvarado (Live Oak, Calif.) helped lead Marian to a pair of non-conference wins over UW-Oshkosh and Ripon.  She netted a goal in each game with both of her scores serving as the game-winning goal.  The goal against the Titans helped propel Marian to its first win over UWO since the 1994 season.  Alvarado is currently one of only two student-athletes in the NACC with multiple game-winning goals.

Marian closes a five-game homestand to open the season hosting Lawrence Wednesday, Sept. 11 at 7 p.m. in non-conference action.
