- The two squads went toe-to-toe to start the fourth with Marian eventually leading 20-19.
- The Sabres were able to score three straight to build a four-point lead at 23-19.
- The Falcons rallied scoring the next five points to have match-point.
- Marian turned CUW away on the first match-point but couldn't on the second Falcon opportunity.

- CUW had a 52-46 advantage for kills, while Marian had a big advantage in digs at 57-48.
- Both teams had big nights at the net with CUW recording 19 blocks and Marian a season-high 11.
- This is the first home loss of the season for the Sabres.
