FOND DU LAC - Registration has officially opened for the 15th annual Korbie Classic to be held Friday, Sept. 18 from Whispering Springs.

An unforgettable experience every year, the Korbie Classic serves as the largest annual fundraiser for Marian University Athletics.  Your participation and any donations made directly benefits Marian University student-athletes.  Along with joining as part of a foursome, there are numerous opportunities to donate as part of a sponsorship, or individually, throughout the event.  The Korbie Classic is named in honor of John Korb who was known for his dedication to the Marian University athletic department and student-athletes.

The Korbie Classic kicks off the Homecoming weekend events Friday, Sept. 18 from Whispering Springs.  Registration will begin at 9:45 a.m. with a shotgun start scheduled promptly for 11 a.m.  The early-bird pricing for the event is $520 for a foursome, or $130 per individual, until Monday, September 7.  Beginning Tuesday, September 8, the cost for a foursome will be $640, or $160 per individual.  Included in your registration is 18 holes of golf, lunch, and a reception following the conclusion of golfing.  There will once again be a variety of different games and raffles during your time on the course with the opportunity to win various prizes. 

Following the conclusion of the golfing, there will be a reception where you will have access to browse various raffle prizes, silent auctions, and a live auction to conclude the evening. All of these prizes will be announced at a later date and will able to be viewed during registration.  For those not interested in golfing but are interested in the reception, Marian University Athletics will once again be offering access to the evening festivities for only $30.  This will be a great opportunity to interact with current members of the Marian University Athletic Department along with your fellow alumni and friends of Marian University.
