Marian women's golf earns second straight win at home invite

FOND DU LAC - Marian University women's golf posted a team score of 325 to win the Marian Invite, their second straight win.

Marian had the four top spots on the individual leaderboard led by Jessy Merrell who had a 78.
She finished with a par on 12 holes on the way to her first medalist honor at Marian.
Just one shot behind her was Trinity Knudtson who had a 79 while competing as an individual.
Knudtson, T. had three birdies and was one-under-par through the first seven holes.
Allison Cink was just one shot of her pace at an 80 and finished with a birdie.
Yinan Lu capped off the top-four finish for Marian carding an 82.
Closing out the scoring for Marian was Katelyn Bucciarelli who placed eighth with a round of 85.
Olivia Schueller finished out the Marian lineup with an 87.
Also competing as individuals was Hailie Knudtson (98), Kadence Ulrich (103), and Addison Thrasher (114).
