ROCKFORD, Ill. - Marian University women's soccer (3-5-2, 1-3-0 NACC) exploded offensively earning a dominant 10-0 victory over Rockford.

- The Sabres wasted no time getting on the scoreboard, as Ella Navarro-Miranda found the back of the net just 1:27 into the game off an assist from Ysabella Sanchez.
- Marian was then able to score twice in the final 4:15, Sophia Romo and Jasmine Martinez the goal scorers, to lead 3-0 at halftime.
- The Sabres picked up right where they left off in the second half, scoring just 1:52Â into the second half as Kylee Verkuilen extended the lead to 4-0.
- At the 51:01 mark, Daniela Chaname found the back of the net off of an assist from Breleigh Navis.
- Marian broke through again at the 70:20 mark when Jazzlene Velazquez found the back of the net to make it a 6-0 advantage.
- Just 2:48 later, Keeley Moore scored with a high shot to the left side of the net.
- Rebekah Masterson and Briana Guelig each scored separated by just 2:11 to give Marian a nine-goal lead.
- Ana Gonzalez set the final at 10-0 scoring with just 1:31 left to play.

- Marian outshot Rockford 43-2, including a 25-0 advantage in shots on goal.
- The Sabres recorded nine corner kicks compared to just two for the Regents.
- Marian had seven of its goals come in the second half.
- The Sabres are now 20-2-0 against Rockford having won the last 17 meetings.
- This is just the second time since 2019 Marian has scored double-digit goals in a game.
