All-NACC Second Team (Nov. 8, 2023)
2023: Was one of the top middles in the NACC this season and closes her career with a Second Team All-NACC award. She led the Sabres with her 242 kills, 2.47 kills per set average, 300.5 points, and 33 service aces on the season. At the net, she was also second on the squad with her 43 total blocks, eight of which were solo blocks. Pehowski had nine performances with double-digit kills with a season-high of 17 coming against Marietta and Lakeland. Then against Central, Pehowski narrowly missed a double-double recording nine blocks with just as many digs. She also had 12 matches this season with multiple blocks posting a season-high five assisted blocks against Edgewood.
2022: Had a dominating season in the middle playing in 96 sets over 31 matches. Finished the season hitting .217 with a 1.75 kills per set average, 24 service aces, and 48 total blocks, seven being solo. Had double-digit kills four times with a season-high 19 kills coming against St. Norbert where she also hit .382 with six blocks. She finished that match with 22.5 points. Recorded a double-double at Concordia Chicago where she had 16 kills with 11 digs and three blocks. Had multiple service aces in five matches with a season-best four coming at home against Wisconsin Lutheran.Â
2021: Played in all 29 matches with 106 sets played. Recorded 242 kills for a 2.28 kills per set average to go with a .255 hitting percentage. Also recorded 27 service aces to go with 85 total blocks; 23 solo, 62 assists. Finished the season with 323.0 points for a 3.0 points per set average. Had double-digit kills in 10 matches including six of the final nine matches of the season. Her season-high of 15 kills came against Grace Christian where she also hit .650 in the match. At the net, had a season-high seven blocks twice. Recorded multiple solo blocks in six matches with a season-high of three coming at Aurora.Â
2020-21: Appeared in 21 sets over six matches recording 19 kills with 10 total blocks, two of which were solo. Posted multiple blocks in the final three matches of the season and had a three-block match in the second match at MSOE (Mar. 28). Recorded multiple kills in all six matches with a season-best five coming in the first match at CUW (Apr. 11).
High School: Earned varsity letters in volleyball, basketball, and track and field at Nathan Hale High School. Was an honorable mention all-conference selection in basketball and volleyball, while also serving as a captain for one season in volleyball and two years for basketball. Also set a school record in track for the 4x200 relay.
