2025-26: Had a breakout season being named to the All-NACC First Team along with earning a spot on the All-NACC Tournament Team.  He led the Sabres in multiple categories, averaging 15.4 points per game to go along with 103 assists, and a conference-best 58 steals. Ayeni opened the season with a then-career-high of 23 points against UW-Superior.  He later averaged 21.2 points, 9.7 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 2.5 steals during a four-game stretch from Dec. 3-13, helping Marian go 3-1 during that span. In a win over Wisconsin Lutheran, he posted 16 points, 12 rebounds, and eight assists. He continued his all-around play against Dominican recording 17 points, 11 rebounds, and six assists in that victory. Ayeni played a key role in Marian winning five of its final six regular-season games, highlighted by a career-high 25 points and six steals in the regular-season finale against Rockford. He finished the year ranked in the top 10 of the conference in total points, free throws made, rebounds, assists, and steals. His 128 free throws made rank third on Marian's single-season list. 

2024-25: Had an immediate impact for the Sabres earning a spot on the All-NACC Honorable Mention team.  Ayeni was a valuable weapon on both ends of the floor averaging 10.3 points per game with 48 assists 14 blocks, and 35 steals.  He had double-digit points in 15 games during the season including the final seven of the year.  Ayeni scored at least 20 points in two games netting 20 against Dominican and a season-high 21 at home against MSOE.  Prior to that performance against MSOE, Ayeni nearly had a double-double against Rockford scoring 13 points to go with nine boards.  On the defensive end, he had at least three steals in five games with a season-high of four coming in a road win over Illinois Tech.
