2025: Earned all-conference recognition for a second straight season being named to the honorable mention squad.  Cowe was one of three Sabres to finish with more than 30 hits ranking second on the team with her 35 base knocks.  She also led the team with 23 runs scored, while ranking third on the team with 11 runs driven in.  Cowe started in all 38 games and was held hitless in only 13 games and had seven multi-hit performances.  She earned the first NACC Player of the Week award of her career after leading Marian to sweeps of Alverno and Aurora.  Cowe went 10-for-15 (.667) with 10 runs driven in between the four games.  She also had the first four-hit game of her career in the opener against the Inferno.

2024: Made an immediate impact for the Sabres earning Second Team All-NACC in her first season as a Sabre.  Cowe was second on the team with her 49 hits, 28 runs, and .366 batting average for the season.  She started in all 42 games she appeared in and was held without a hit in only 10 games.  Cowe had multiple hits in 16 games with three three-hit performances.  She also ended the year on an eight-game hitting streak where she had multiple hits in six of those games.  In the MSOE sweep, Cowe was 5-for-7 (.714) at the dish and scored three runs.

High School: Competed in softball and volleyball at Amos Alonzo Stagg High School.  Earned all-conference recognition as a junior in softball and served as a captain in her final season.
