Katie Lindsley has served as an assistant to the women's hockey program since October of 2021.

Lindsley was a defenseman for Marian women's hockey and served as a captain for three seasons.  Staying close to her roots in Fond du Lac, Lindsley served as an assistant coach for the Warbirds Girl's Varsity program since 2019.  Lindsley has aided with player development, running practices, and providing strength and conditioning programs.  She also served as a strength and conditioning coach with B Athletics where she created her own fitness and nutrition challenge that runs four times a year.  Lindsley began her own business in May of 2018, SimpleK, where she serves clients one-on-one as a nutritional coach.

"Up until Mike Cowan approached me after my senior season in high school, I thought I was done playing hockey," said Lindsley.  "At first I was against coming to Marian, but I'm really glad I changed my mind.  I've met some of my closest friends here and now I'm able to give back to a program that I helped start and allowed me to play collegiate sports.  I'm excited to work with Coach Kivi who was my coach for her first two years at Marian and help develop the program on and off the ice."

Lindsley earned her bachelor of science in forensic science in 2013 with minors in chemistry and psychology.  She also served as a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee during her time at Marian.  Along with her Marian education, Lindsley has certifications as an NCI Level 1 Nutrition Coach and CrossFit Level 1 Coach.
