Awards:
All-NACC Honorable Mention (Nov. 7, 2024)
2024: Earned a spot on the All-NACC Honorable Mention squad. Navis was one of just five Sabres to play in all 20 games during the season and ranked second among the field players with 1,387 minutes played. She helped anchor a defense that was able to post three shutouts. Navis also recorded the first point of her career with an assist against Ripon.
2023: Appeared in 18 games making 11 starts. Finished the season with three shots where two ended up on frame.
High School: Earned four varsity letters in soccer and played basketball at Oostburg High School. Earned three all-conference awards during her career, two first team selections, and served as a captain for two seasons. Her club team, Lakeshore United won the National President Cup in 2022. Finished her high school career with 20 goals scored.
