Sophomore Caden Carlson (Fond du Lac, Wis.) paced the Marian NCAA men's hockey team in goals in a month that saw the Sabres play five of eight games against teams at least receiving votes in the national polls.  He posted a team-best four goals in November along with two assists to give him six points for the month, second on the squad.  Carlson had at least one point in five of the eight games to open the season.  This includes a multi-point performance in the season opener against Bethel where he scored a goal to go with an assist.  Carlson scored the game-winning goal against St. Olaf and both of his helpers in the month came on the game-winning goal.
