Senior Kendall Pliner (Mayville, Wis.) finished her career on a high note after Marian qualified for the NACC Tournament.  Pliner led the Sabre offense driving in five runs while going 5-for-14 (.357) at the plate.  She also scored one run.  Pliner was especially dominant in a doubleheader with Wisconsin Lutheran where she was 3-for-7 (.429) with two runs driven in.  Then against Lakeland in the conference tournament she was 2-for-3 with a run driven in.  Pliner went on to earn an All-NACC award and a spot on the CSC Academic All-District team.
